Totally awesome engagement session last weekend. Shelley and Andreas were an absolute blast to work with. When we started brainstorming ideas of where to do the shoot, Shelley and Andreas came up with the idea of Sacco’s Bowl Haven in Somerville. Hooray!!! It was a fabulous idea. Thank you both for thinking outside the box. Dave added the idea of Rosebud Diner and it was an all retro-chic day. Here’s a little sneak peak of the fun we had.
Yes, we had to get a lane and play a bit. And yes, they did keep score. This was a daring move by Dave, right between our fabulous duo bowling.
Taking a break.
Watch out. Shelley’s a bowling shark.
Playing with the lens baby, blast from the past moment.
More playing. I wonder if Andreas can juggle.
Good times all day long. And more to come later from the rest of the session.
Huge thanks to the folks at Sacco’s for letting us do the shoot there. We will definitely be back for another game, perhaps sans cameras.
And even more thanks to Shelley and Andreas- you guys are simply awesome! We are so glad we get to work with you both. We can’t wait for your wedding at the Wang Theater in Boston this fall.
If you want to check out more about Shelley and her wedding planning, she has a great blog- The Spotted Duck. It’s all things fun, fabulous, and creative.
This is great!!! What an awesome concept! And your guys (of course) did a fabulous job.
We. LOVE. them.
Fabulous job. Can’t wait to see them all!!
LOL!!! This was a fun session!!! And I think it’s funny that A. commented before me because I don’t think she has ever been candlepin bowling… Once again great work!
David & Jo,
These pictures are fabulous!! I was just browsing the Elizabeth Anne Blog and saw them again featured there… holy wow! 🙂 Alex and I can’t wait for our session. You guys are amazing!
