If you choose a holiday weekend for your wedding celebration, you know your guests will already be in a festive mood and ready to party. If you choose the weekend following Thanksgiving, you also get the added bonus of getting extra time with family and friends. If you plan a destination wedding that spans two days, you know that you will all be relaxed and immersed in the beauty of the occasion. And so when Sally and Dave spoke to us about their wedding- first an intimate ceremony reception the night after Thanksgiving and then a larger blow-out party the following evening- we knew it would be magic. Not to mention that Sally and Dave exude warmth with their whole beings; you just instantly feel welcomed and embraced by them. And so we began as lucky photographers to Day 1 of this amazing celebration….
