New York, New York- what a wonderful town!
We popped down there a couple of weekends ago for a totally fun engagement session with Lisa and Scott. They are simply too cute together. I loved their willingness to try everything. We had such a great time just talking about all that they are up to- from wedding planning to work and school and more. Scott shared tons of insider information on the city, great places to eat, best ways to get around, fun stuff to do. We will be back down there in May and we are totally set now.
We started off the session near the Flat Iron Building. The weather was simply amazing the day we photographed Lisa and Scott. The up side- so lovely to be outside and shoot in. The down side- everyone else thought it was a fun day to be outside as well. We chose this little area because it wasn’t totally packed with people- a good way to start- and because of the great view of the Flat Iron Building in the background.
Plus there is tons to enjoy of an urban nature around every corner.
Such as, the Subway.
Dave’s view…
And my view.
We managed to find a quiet spot in the park and it wasn’t difficult to convince Scott and Lisa to cuddle up.
Walking around the neighborhood, we found this great eclectic flea market. Lisa and Scott live in the Philadelphia area now, but when they lived in the city, they frequented these antique markets.
Check out how she looks at him.
Fashionista action- the shimmery quality of Lisa’s top was perfect against the metal door.
Happy. Happier. Happiest. Thank you, Nesquik! It’s all too true.
Huge thanks to Lisa and Scott for being so wonderful to work with. We can’t wait for your Boston Wedding in May!
