But what is a perfect couple? I am sure we may each have our own definition, but here’s mine. They are a couple that laugh and cry together; hold each other; play with each other; enjoy, admire and appreciate each other. They are two people who have their own unique interests, but find other interests in common. They help each other grow. Christina and Vincent are one such couple. I love the way they interact with each other- completely at ease, each so much a part of the other person. Their wedding was filled with smiles, laughter and love. It celebrated who they are as individuals and who they are together.

As Christina and Vincent were both getting ready at the Boston Harbor Hotel, we were able to spend time with both of them. Christina had already had her hair and make-up done at a salon near her mom’s house so the ladies came to the hotel to get into their dresses and complete a few finishing touches. The crew was very relaxed and pretty much just enjoyed the time together. Lots of laughter here.
One of the ways Christina and Vincent chose to share a bit of themselves was in the theme of their wedding- wine and chocolate. Sounds good, no? So they chose to incorporate deep reds and purples- burgundy, merlot, wine- into their color scheme. Check out the bridesmaids bouquets alongside their garnet dresses.
We had a little time before Christina was scheduled to meet Vincent for the first time so we captured a few portraits of Christina and a few details. She looked stunning in this halter style Vera Wang gown. So elegant.
And the veil with ribbon edges was a perfect match.
Dave popped into the room where Vincent was hanging with his boys and captured this portrait of Vincent waiting for his chance to see Christina.
Then it was time. Vincent was waiting in the Rotunda with his back to where Christina would enter. As she left her room, she gave her girls a high-five. Such a perfect moment.
As Christina approached Vincent, her mom and bridesmaids peeked around the corner to watch.
Vincent’s huge smile when he sees Christina.
Christina’s joyful tears when she sees Vincent.
Then they enjoy a few moments together amidst the architectural beauty of the Rotunda.
And that’s just the beginning. More to come soon from their beautiful Boston waterfront wedding.

After seeing a glimpse of the first half of their day, you must already know that Donna and Jimmy were going to have a great time at their reception. In fact, everyone did.
Their grand entrance as husband and wife.
Enjoying the first dance.
Guests joined them for a slow song on the dance floor. I captured this image of the feel of the day- intense love, zooming.
Then things really got underway. Some very serious dancing.
Loving the rim of light around the lead singer.
At most weddings, the bride and groom get their first dance together and then maybe a few fast songs together, if they are lucky. Donna and Jimmy managed to get in several dances, and they enjoyed every single one.
And Jimmy getting down on his own.
After all that dancing, Donna needed a break. One generous gent offered her a foot rub. Definitely the way it should be for the bride.
Jimmy toasted his guests.
Then, side-by-side Donna and Jimmy attacked, I mean, cut the cake. Hilarious!
The party continued, with guests joining the band, and singing a few.
And the band kept the fun going all night long.

Many thanks to our couple, Donna and Jimmy, and all of the talented professionals who helped create this magical party for them…

The sparkles and sounds of Amber and Tyler’s wedding fit together perfectly with the taste and scents from the food and floral. From top to bottom and with all five senses, Amber created a feeling of city elegance.
Tyler chose Amber’s engagement ring with help from Amber’s mom, who also happens to be a jeweler. When they were ready to select their wedding bands, her mom was happy to help the couple find a perfect match.

Amber’s complete look- from head to toe- in style. Earrings, veil, hair, wedding dress, bouquet and rings… Beautiful.

A closer look at her birdcage veil, styled with jewels and feathers, and her teardrop diamond earrings.

After the ceremony, the veil was removed, but the feathered and jeweled comb for her hair stayed to add a sense of whimsy. Also check out Tyler’s distinguised black-tie tux with the singular white rose boutonniere.

The sounds that filled the air that evening can only be attributed to Keith Johnson and the AM Radio. They kept the dancing going and the guests entertained.

Actually Tyler also helped with the entertainment. He sang one special song just for Amber.

Though he knew the song, he wasn’t taking any chances.

I can’t think of anything more romantic. He even had a single red rose for his new wife. She rewarded him with a sweet kiss.

With the nerves set aside, it was time to party. Dancing to the great band was no problem for our groom!

And that completes the details from Amber and Tyler’s stunning wedding. If you would like to see the more from their wedding, I would recommend checking out their slideshow.
